Mel Alexander, LMFT, ATR

Mel Alexander specializes in using art to work with adolescents and adults who are going through “stage of life” changes, exploring identity, looking to practice self-care and mindfulness, as well as working with anxiety, depression and grief.

Through art as a modality Mel works to allow individuals the chance to explore and express emotions in a safe and non-judgmental environment. Art Therapy can be a wonderful tool for those with and without art experience.
